
DubKutz – Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: April 20, 2026
By booking an appointment with DubKutz, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointments & Deposits
All appointments require a $10 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
2. Payments
The remaining balance is due immediately after your service is completed.
Accepted payment methods: [Insert methods – Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Card, etc.]
Failure to complete payment may result in refusal of future services.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Clients must notify DubKutz in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred once if rescheduled within [insert timeframe, e.g., 24 hours].
Repeated cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.
4. No-Show Policy
A no-show (no call, no text, no communication) will result in:
Being charged 100% of the service cost
Possible restriction or denial of future bookings
Deposits will not be refunded for no-shows.
5. Late Policy
A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.
After 10 minutes:
A $10 late fee will be added to your service total
After [insert cutoff, e.g., 15–20 minutes]:
Appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show
6. Time & Respect Policy
Please arrive on time to respect both your appointment and other clients.
Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.
7. Service Satisfaction
If you have any concerns, please communicate before leaving your appointment so it can be addressed immediately.
No adjustments will be guaranteed after leaving the chair.
8. Right to Refuse Service
DubKutz reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:
Is repeatedly late or misses appointments
Displays disrespectful or inappropriate behavior
Fails to comply with policies
9. Policy Agreement
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all DubKutz policies.
During your first visit, we’ll provide a personalized consultation to discuss your preferred style and hair goals. We’ll guide you through the best options that suit your hair type and face shape.
It depends on your hairstyle and hair growth. Generally, we recommend getting a trim every 1 to 2 weeks to maintain your look and keep your hair healthy.
Yes! We offer professional beard trims and grooming services to help you maintain a sharp, clean look.
Absolutely! You can easily schedule your appointment online through our website or give us a call to reserve your spot.
We’re committed to your satisfaction! If you’re not happy with your haircut, let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll gladly work with you to adjust it to your liking.
